The Process
1. Contact 2. Introductory call to discuss your ideas and next steps! 3. Detailed proposal, invoice, and 50% deposit. 4. Project prototype, feedback, and final invoice. 5. Delivery, handoff, and maintenance.
Warranty
All projects include a 1-month warranty starting from the launch date. This warranty covers major bugs or issues resulting from our development process. It does not include new feature development, design changes, or content updates. Any unauthorized changes made to the site by the client or a third party will void this warranty.
Maintenance & Support
Monthly Maintenance includes: - 3 hours of work per month for minor content updates, design tweaks, and functionality testing. - Priority support with a guaranteed 2-3 business day response time. - Proactive maintenance checks to ensure your site is running smoothly. New features or major content updates will be priced as add-ons.
